Production process:

a. Washing crude coal to lower ash;

b. Crushing, powdering crude coal;

c. Mixing powdered crude coal with water and coal tar, then extruding, cooling and drying;

d. Carbonizing the extruded material in rotary kiln;

e. Activating of carbonizing pellet material in SLEP shaft furnace;

f. Screening the activating pellet material, uniforming and de-dusting to meet the contract specification requirements;

g. Putting finished and eligible carbons into packages.
