Steamed bituminous-coal based granular activated carbons
Mainly used for drinking water & waste water & gas treatment in the form of regular or briquetted or acid-washed with mesh size: 4X8, 6X12, 8X30, 10X20, 12X40, 20X50….
1. Granular by direct activation
1). All the above specification data will vary with coal changes, please connect us for latest updates.
2). Can be customized.
Production process:
1. Carbonizing crude coal in shaft furnace;
2. Activating carbonizing material in SLEP shaft furnace;
3. Crushing activating material into granule and screening granule into different mesh sizes;
4. Removing stone from granular to increase iodine and decrease ash content;
5. Doing de-dust and uniforming the carbons to meet the contract requirements;
6. Putting finished and eligible carbons into packages.
2. Granular by briquetting (agglomeration)
1). All the above specification data will vary with coal changes, please connect us for latest updates.
2). Can be customized.
Production process:
1. Crushing the coal blocks into particle and then removing the particles mainly with ash
content by water-washing;
2. Powdering the coal;
3. Pressing the coal powder;
4. Granulating the pressing material;
5. Carbonizing in rotary kiln and activating in SLEP shaft furnace;
6. Granulating and screening the activated material;
7. Uniform the carbons to meet the contract requirements;
8. Putting finished and eligible carbons into packages.
